“TOO BIG TO RIG, TOO REAL TO STEAL”
We have all heard about the Supreme Court ruling in which the justices voted 6-3 to allow the Trump regime to create a national database of “approved” voters. Their plan all along was to force the states to use this database. Once again, six corrupt judges are ignoring the Constitution of the United States of America. Marc Elias called it a terrible and dangerous decision “that will empower election deniers at a time when our elections are already under attack.”
In response to the ruling, Rep. Jamie Raskin advised voters to vote early so that if there is a problem, it can be addressed. He said Democrats must have a landslide victory “so it’s too big to rig, too real to steal. We must get out the vote in huge majorities because as Raskin stated, “That is really the antidote to this 11th-hour effort to derail the election.”

Hi, I’m a constituent calling from [zip]. My name is ______.

A child’s place is not in a detention center. Inside ICE facilities, children describe fear, isolation, and cruelty. Members of Congress have the legal authority to enter ICE detention facilities without advance notice, inspect conditions, and demand accountability. That authority is worthless if they don't use it. We demand that you conduct immediate, unannounced inspections of facilities holding children and families -- and use every oversight and funding tool available to end child detention.
-
Congress is considering resolutions under a “fast-track” tool called the Congressional Review Act that would overturn longstanding state clean air waivers. This is yet another handout to Big Oil. Overturning them now would undermine states’ ability to protect public health, create uncertainty for businesses that have alread invested to comply, and threaten progress toward cleaner air. Instead of increasing pollution, Congress should focus on policies that make transportation more affordable for Americans.
CONTACTS TO OPPOSE GRAND TETON DEVELOPMENT
-
Grand Teton Park Superintendent: Address mail regarding park usage to the local leadership team:
-
Address: Grand Teton National Park, P.O. Box 170, Moose, WY 83012
-
Online: Use the NPS Grand Teton Contact Form to send an electronic message directly to park staff.
-
Department of the Interior: You can write to the broader department overseeing the National Park Service via the U.S. Department of the Interior Contact Page.
I am writing to express my absolute opposition to any proposal or consideration of a Major League Baseball stadium within the boundaries of Grand Teton National Park. Our national parks were established to preserve pristine natural ecosystems, protect critical wildlife habitats, and offer spaces for quiet reflection, all of which are fundamentally incompatible with the massive infrastructure, light pollution, traffic, and commercialization a professional sports stadium would bring. I urge you to immediately reject this development concept and uphold your mandate to protect public lands for future generations, rather than allowing them to be exploited for commercial entertainment.

An crowd of over 160 (reports of 200!) people showed up at Doug
Chapin’s town hall in St. Michael. The energy in the packed room was palpable. It was a tremendous event, earning Doug a standing ovation. A Star Tribune reporter was in the back of the room, taking notes rapidly on her laptop. If you missed it, check out the Facebook feed.
Let’s bring the same energy to the Monticello Town Hall on Monday, October 5 at 6:00 pm…
